Welcome to the 7 Day Mindfulness Challenge!
Mindfulness meditation has been shown to reduce stress, increase well-being, and improve concentration.
This 7 day course will teach you the foundational skills of mindfulness meditation.
The challenge is to do 10 minutes of mindfulness meditation each day for the next seven days.
To start, just find 10 minutes when you won’t be interrupted and put on the first audio – it will give you some tips on getting started and guide you through the first mindfulness meditation.
